L&P managing partner, Kelly Logan, will be chairing the next ISCC (International Sports Chamber of Commerce) workshop on “Hit or Miss? How to Create a Hit Sporting Format”, together with Richard Tattershaw from Hit Sport Factory.
The workshop, which will take place on May 29th in Lausanne, will include the analysis of (i) how to use intellectual property to protect your sporting format and (ii) can sports federations ban players for playing in unofficial events.
